The service

SkipOTA provides website, reservation-management, and communication tools for independent accommodations. Property owners remain responsible for their listings, rates, availability, taxes, guest service, and legal compliance.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may not be used to abuse the service or another person’s rights.

Reservations

A booking request is an arrangement between the guest and the selected property. The property controls confirmation, cancellation, refund, and stay policies shown on its site.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing content.
• No attempts to bypass security or access another account.
• No automated abuse, excessive traffic, or malicious uploads.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SkipOTA available and secure, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Features and these terms may change with reasonable notice.
